  Something of note here is that each rooms seems to be owned by a private owner and rented out by either the association or some other rental body. I thought I was going to a hotel, not so much. Our particular room (condo) was quite nice and my son loved the Murphy bed. Everything was clean and well organized. The pool was cold but very clean.

  Although the location of this lodge is quite ideal, quiet and right by lost lake, it was unfortunately one of our worst stays in Whistler. It was dirty, and poorly equipped. Knives were covered in grease; the shower curtain was covered in mildew; we were expected to empty our own garbages, even though house cleaning was ready to boot us out at 9:30 am; the check out time is an hour earlier than almost all hotels etc... I would not recommend this lodge.
