- Simon Andrews Added 2017-10-03★ ★ ★ ★ ★After completing the running clinic at Whistler Creek Athletic Club with Allie, I have seen measurable results by increasing my "comfortable run" from 10k to 25k. My drive to join the group was to complete Comfortably Numb (23km trail race), which I did finish and was super happy with my time of under 3 hours. This would not have been possible without Allie's instruction! The knowledge I now have about the mechanics of running and what is required of our body to get through such a long race will stay with me forever! Thank you Allie and Whistler Creek Athletic Club for teaching me so much!
